    【性 状】本品为薄膜衣片，除去薄膜衣后显类白色。

    【适应症/功能主治】本品适用于心绞痛发作的预防性治疗，眩晕和耳鸣的辅助性对症治疗。

    【规格型号】20mg*30片

    【用法用量】口服，40—60mg/24小时；每天2—3次，每次1片，用餐时以一杯水服用。所有的患者需严格按医生的处方服用本药。

    【不良反应】罕见胃肠道不适(恶心，呕吐)。由于辅料中有日落黄FCFS(E110)及胭脂红A(E124)成份，可能会发生过敏反应。

    【禁 忌】对药品任一组份过敏者禁用。哺乳期通常不推荐使用(参见孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药)。

    【注意事项】动物实验没有提示致畸作用；但是由于缺乏临床资料，致畸的危险不能排除。因此，从安全的角度考虑，最好避免在妊娠期间服用该药物。由于缺乏通过乳汁分泌的资料，建议治疗期间不要哺乳。

    【儿童用药】儿童用药的安全性和有效性尚未确定。

    【老年患者用药】为避免不同药物之间可能的相互作用，您必须将您接受的其他治疗告知您的医生或药剂师。

    【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】 1.妊娠：动物实验没有提示致畸作用；但是由于缺乏临床资料，致畸的危险不能排除。因此，从安全的角度考虑，最好避免在妊娠期间服用该药物。 2.哺乳：由于缺乏通过乳汁分泌的资料，建议治疗期间不要哺乳。

    【药物相互作用】为避免不同药物之间可能的相互作用，您必须将您接受的其它治疗告知您的医生或药剂师。

    【药物过量】应严格按照医生处方中用量的要求服用本品。如果您认为本品的疗效过强或过弱，请向您的医师咨询。如果您怀疑自己服用的本品剂量已经超过了医师处方量，请立即与您的医师联系。如果您出现漏服一次药物的情况，请仍按原方案在下一次服药时使用常规用量。不要服用双倍药量以弥补漏服的情况。

    【药理毒理】抗心绞痛药。具有对抗肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素及加压素的作用，能降低血管阻力，增加冠脉及循环血流量，促进心肌代谢及心肌能量的产生。同时能降低心肌耗氧量，从而改善心肌氧的供需平衡。亦能增加对强心苷的耐受性。心绞痛患者的对照试验显示： 1.本药可增加心绞痛患者的运动试验耐量，从治疗dl5起延缓运动诱发的心肌缺血，减少缺血，但不引起血流动力学的变化。 2.限制快速血压波动并不引起心率显著变化，显著减少心绞痛发作频率。 3.使硝酸甘油的用量明显减少。曲美他嗪作用机制：对缺血心肌的作用可能是直接细胞保护作用。通过保存缺血细胞内的能量代谢，防止细胞内ATP水平下降，在维持细胞内环境稳定的同时确保离子泵的功能完善和跨膜钠-钾泵正常转运，减少细胞内酸中毒以及阻止心肌细胞内钠和钙的聚集，保护细胞收缩功能和限制氧自由基造成的细胞溶解和内膜损伤。

    【药代动力学】口服吸收迅速，2h内达血浆峰值，单次口服20mg后，血浆峰浓度约为55ng/m1。重复给药，24～36h血药浓度达稳态，且在整个治疗中维持稳定。表观分布容积为4．8L/kg，具有良好的组织扩散，蛋白结合率低，体外测定为16％。主要经尿液排出体外，其中大部分为原形，清除半衰期约为6h。

    【贮 藏】密封，在干燥处保存。

    【包 装】铝铝泡罩包装，30片/盒。
