    【主要成份】 本品为复方制剂，每粒含硝呋太尔500毫克、制霉素20万单位。辅料为：内容物含凡士林、大豆油、尼泊金乙酯，囊壳含明胶、甘油、水、日落黄和钛白粉。

    【性 状】 本品为卵形阴道用软胶囊剂，内容物为粘稠油状物。

    【适应症/功能主治】 细菌性阴道病、滴虫性阴道炎、念珠菌性外阴阴道炎、阴道混合感染。

    【规格型号】0.5g*6s*1板（朗依）

    【用法用量】阴道给药，每日一次，于晚上临睡前清洗外阴后，将本品1粒放入阴道后穹窿处，连用6天。

    【不良反应】临床使用本品后可出现轻度外阴灼热、阴道干涩和恶心。

    【禁 忌】对硝呋太尔、制霉素及本品成份之一过敏者禁用。

    【注意事项】 1.本品仅供阴道给药，切忌口服。 2.为获得较好疗效，尽量将本品置入阴道深处。 3.连续使用本品1-2疗程后，如症状未缓解或消失，应咨询医师。 4.孕妇应在医师指导下使用，哺乳期妇女慎用。 5.无性生活史的女性应在医师指导下使用。 6.使用本品期间勿饮用含酒精的饮料，酒精会引起不适或恶心，但这种反应会自行消失。 7.给药时应洗净双手或戴指套或手套。 8.用药期间注意个人卫生，防止重复感染，避免房事。 9.用药部位如有烧灼感、红肿等情况应停药，并将局部药物洗净，必要时向医师咨询。 10.使用本品时应避开月经期。 11.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。 12.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。 13.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。 14.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。

    【儿童用药】尚缺乏儿童应用本品的安全有效性资料。

    【老年患者用药】同成人，无特殊。

    【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】尚缺乏孕妇及哺乳期妇女使用本品的安全有效性资料。孕妇应在医生指导下使用。哺乳期妇女慎用。

    【药物相互作用】如与其他药物同时使用可能会发生药物相互作用，详细请咨询医师或药师。

    【药物过量】尚不明确。

    【药理毒理】硝呋太尔为硝基呋喃类衍生物，具有广谱抗微生物作用，对滴虫、细菌、白色念珠菌等均具有活性。制霉菌素为多烯类抗真菌药，对念珠菌属具较强活性。硝呋太尔制霉素在体外具有抗真菌、抗滴虫、抗细菌的广谱活性。两种成分之间无负性相互作用，在治疗混和性阴道感染（念珠菌、滴虫及细菌），无法和不能及时明确诊断病原体，防止出现霉菌二重感染以及其它药物治疗后的复发时，可提供更安全的作用。试验证明，本品在动物的急性毒理试验中毒性反应轻微。

    【药代动力学】尚无人体内药代动力学研究资料。体外试验表明本品不通过皮肤和粘膜。

    【贮 藏】避光，密封，阴凉干燥

    【包 装】铝塑包装，6粒/板，1板/盒。
