    木香、枳壳、乌药、槟榔。

    性状

    本品为棕黄色至棕色的澄清液体；气芳香，味甜、微苦。

    主要功效

    顺气降逆，消积止痛。

    适应病症

    本品用于婴幼儿乳食内滞证，症见腹胀、腹痛、啼哭不安、厌食纳差、腹泻或便秘；中老年气滞、食积证，症见脘腹胀满、腹痛、便秘；以及腹部手术后促进肠胃功能的恢复。

    临床应用及指南

    1、尹超群，杨卫华通过穴位贴敷配合四磨汤口服液治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察，得出结论穴位贴敷配合四磨汤口服液是一种治疗FD的有效方法。（上海针灸杂志，2017，36(11):1315-1317.）

    2、陈嘉升，梁丹通过四磨汤口服液治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察，得出结论在多潘立酮治疗的基础上加用四磨汤口服液，功能性消化不良的临床疗效显著提高，而且未见明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。（世界最新医学信息文摘，2016，16(94):133+139.）

    3、吴余粮，林作俊通过四磨汤口服液对肝脾不和型功能性消化不良的疗效及对胃肠激素的影响分析，得出结论四磨汤口服液对肝脾不合型功能性消化不良具有治疗效果，能促进胃排空，调节P物质以及胃动素水平，值得在临床推广。（内蒙古中医药，2016，35(14):44-45.）

    规格

    每支装10ml。

    用法用量

    口服，成人一次20ml，一日3次，疗程一周；新生儿一次3-5ml，一日3次，疗程2天；幼儿一次10ml，一日3次，疗程3-5天。

    不良反应

    尚不明确。

    禁忌

    孕妇、肠梗阻、肠道肿瘤、消化道术后禁用。

    注意事项

    1、一般手术病人在手术的12小时第一次服药，再隔6小时第二次服药，以后常法服用或遵医嘱。

    2、冬天服用时，可将药瓶放置温水中加温5-8分钟后服用。

    3、药液如见有微量沉淀，属正常情况，可摇匀后服用，以保证疗效。

    贮藏方法

    密封，置阴凉处（不超过20℃）。
